About Us...

Backround
After some 10 years working within various market research, marketing and business management roles within the veterinary industry, in 1996, Julie MacLeod setup In-Touch Research Services under the umbrella of the Town & Country Group.   This research facility was set up with the specific intention of serving the needs of clients within the Town & Country Group but increasingly attracted interest from independent companies.  Non-client companies eventually accounted for around 50% of the total projects undertaken by In-Touch Research Services.

In September 2000, Julie MacLeod moved to Scotland and formed MacLeod Research Associates in conjunction with her husband Angus. In 2005, MacLeod Research became a Limited company  

Over the last 7 years MacLeod Research Ltd has served an impressive UK wide client list from within the public and private sectors.
